Instructions For Use:
Heating: Place your heating pad pillow in the microwave, ensuring the turntable is clean. Consider wrapping it in a towel or placing it on a clean plate. Heat on high for 30 seconds and flip over, then heat for 30 additional seconds. If further heating is required, repeat in 20 second increments until desired temperature is reached. DO NOT heat more than 2 minutes continuously. 
Cooling: To use as a cooling pillow, place in refrigerator until desired temperature is reached.
